JOSH’S EVENTS

Great ideas don’t happen by accident—they are discovered, challenged, refined, and developed through intentional thought and meaningful conversation. The Ideas Lab is a collaborative space where individuals, teams, and organizations can explore new perspectives, work through challenges, and uncover practical solutions to real-world opportunities.
Led by Josh Wintermute, the Ideas Lab combines strategic thinking, guided discussion, and hands-on problem-solving to help participants gain clarity and move ideas forward. Whether you’re navigating change, developing a new initiative, strengthening a team, or searching for a fresh approach to a persistent challenge, each session is designed to encourage deeper thinking and actionable outcomes. Participants are challenged to ask better questions, consider different viewpoints, and transform concepts into clear strategies that can be applied immediately.
Every Ideas Lab experience is tailored to the unique goals of the audience, creating an engaging environment where creativity and practical application work together. Participants leave with new insights, renewed confidence, and a roadmap for turning ideas into meaningful action, growth, and lasting impact.
Your marriage is worth being intentional about.
FOCUS Marriage Night is an evening designed to give you and your spouse space to step away from the schedules, responsibilities, kids, work, and everyday noise — and actually focus on each other.
This isn’t a marriage conference filled with lectures, and you don’t have to be struggling to belong here. FOCUS is for couples in every season of marriage — because we believe strong marriages aren’t built by waiting until something is broken. They’re built when two people continue choosing connection, honesty, grace, growth, and one another.
Throughout the evening, we’ll talk honestly about marriage — the good parts, the hard parts, the things we get wrong, and the things worth fighting to get right. You’ll hear from couples who are willing to be real about their own experiences, along with professional insight that helps us better understand the way we communicate, connect, and build a life together.

HEART – HOME – CULTURE
You’ve worked hard, built a good life, and achieved what you set out to accomplish. So why does something still feel off?
On the surface everything looks right. But underneath, something is beginning to crack – and no amount of success, performance, or achievement seems to fix it.
Josh Wintermute knows that feeling well. After walking through physical, mental, financial, and spiritual struggles, he came to a life-changing realization: the problem wasn’t just the circumstances – it was the foundation.
In this honest and practical book, Josh walks you through the three foundational areas every life is built on – your heart, your home, and your culture. He helps you uncover what’s broken beneath the surface, do the hard work of restoration, and rebuild what truly matters.
You are not as stuck as you think.
You are not as alone as you feel.
You are going to make it.
